2. The app creates a real-time list of all agents who respond to your request, giving you the opportunity to read a short summary, watch short agent profile videos so you can decide who to talk to.
There is no obligation or commitment and if the agent you picked is not a good fit for you, you can repeat the process at no cost.
This saves the customer from contacting multiple agents before finding one who is nearby and eager to help.
